Facade Technician (Egyptian/Nepali)

We are seeking a skilled Facade Technician to join our team in Remish. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior building surfaces, such as glass, metal, and stone. You must have experience in the construction industry and be familiar with various facade systems. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month. Accommodation and visa sponsorship will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair exterior building surfaces according to blueprints and specifications
- Utilize various tools and equipment to cut, shape, and install facade materials
- Inspect existing facades for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working at heights or with heavy materials

Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction or facade installation
- Knowledge of different facade systems and their installation methods
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials
- Excellent communication skills in English
