Civil Engineer - Construction Supervisor (St-Petersburg, Egypt)


We are a construction company based in St-Petersburg and we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Construction Supervisor for our upcoming project in Egypt. As a Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor progress and ensure that the project is completed on schedule
- Manage resources effectively to keep costs within budget
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review engineering designs and provide technical guidance to team members
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or supervision
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and safety standards (local laws may vary)
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and use computer software for design purposes

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in St-Petersburg with frequent travel required to Egypt. Accommodation will not be provided.
