We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our passionate team in Herzliya, Israel. As an experienced Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating delicious coffee beverages for our customers. You must have a strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and latte art. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment. A love for coffee and a positive attitude are a must for this role. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1300$, as well as the opportunity for tips and bonuses.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers, take orders, and prepare coffee beverages according to their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe.
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and making recommendations.
- Learn about new coffee blends and brewing techniques to continuously improve beverage quality.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food products.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Barista in a high-volume setting.
- Strong knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly manner.
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes.
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in Herzliya or Israel as a Barista.
- Fluent English speaking skills (Hebrew is a plus).
