Experienced Gardener in Nakuru, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Nakuru, Kenya. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and outdoor spaces of our property. You should have a strong understanding of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, pruning, and maintaining flowers, trees, and shrubs
- Mowing lawns and trimming hedges
- Applying fertilizers and pesticides as needed
- Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems are in place
- Maintaining garden equipment and tools
- Planning and designing new garden layouts or improvements
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of local plant species and gardening techniques
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, hedge trimmers, etc.
- Good physical stamina for outdoor work
- Attention to detail and a passion for gardening
- Fluent in English (Filipino preferred)
- Visa sponsorship available for non-Kenyan applicants
