Executive Chef - Indian Cuisine (Temporary, Accommodation provided)
We are seeking a talented Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and authentic Indian dishes that will delight our guests. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop creative and innovative menus featuring traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and quality control
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area in accordance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with restaurant management to develop promotions or special events featuring Indian cuisine
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of traditional and modern Indian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and delegate effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the hospitality industry
