Mason Supervisor


As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of masons and ensuring that all construction projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You will need to have strong leadership skills, as well as extensive knowledge and experience in masonry techniques and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of masons, providing guidance, support, and training as needed
- Plan and organize daily tasks for the team, including assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress
- Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure safety protocols are being followed and quality standards are met
- Order materials and supplies as needed for each project
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs are followed accurately
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during construction and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of project progress, expenses, and any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason supervisor or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry techniques and materials
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret design plans accurately
- Physical stamina for working in outdoor environments in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid biometric passport (if not already residing in Vianden)
