Project Manager - Construction (St-Petersburg)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects in St-Petersburg. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project plans are accurate and feasible
- Hire and manage contractors, subcontractors, and other project personnel
- Monitor progress of projects, identify potential issues or delays, and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Prepare and submit project reports to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Proficient in project management software
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Pakistani nationality preferred

Salary: $1100 per month

This is a full-time position without accommodation. However, we do provide free visa sponsorship and travel ticket for candidates who require it.
