Radio Technician

As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing radio equipment. You will work with a variety of radio systems including AM/FM, shortwave, and satellite radios. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, performing routine maintenance, and following safety protocols. You may also be required to assist in the installation of new radio systems and provide training to users on proper operation. The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A degree or certification in electronics or a related field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role as you will be working closely with other technicians as well as providing support to end-users. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is crucial.

This role is based in Mombasa and requires occasional travel within the region to perform on-site repairs or installations. The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
