We are currently seeking a skilled Barber to join our team in Mauren, Kenya. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients, including haircuts, shaving, and beard trims. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of barbering and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them on their desired hairstyle
- Provide haircuts and styling services according to client preferences
- Perform hot towel shaves and beard trims
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barber station
- Educate clients on proper hair care techniques
- Manage appointment bookings and maintain client records
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily sales reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of hair cutting techniques and styling trends
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in creating unique styles for clients
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and use barbering tools effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification from a reputable barber school preferred
- Valid work permit/visa for Kenya (own visa)
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an asset
- Prior experience working without accommodation is preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply

Salary: 1600$ per month (plus tips)
