ESL Teacher

We are hiring an enthusiastic and experienced ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team in Multan. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lessons to students of various ages and levels. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to adapt their teaching style to meet the needs of different learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create lesson plans based on the school's curriculum and student needs
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons that incorporate different teaching methods
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their language skills
- Develop learning materials such as worksheets, activities, and games
- Communicate with parents or guardians about students' performance
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Stay updated on current trends and techniques in ESL teaching

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a multicultural setting
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to adapt teaching style to meet the needs of different learners
- Experience with online teaching platforms is a plus
