Job Title: Seamstress for Clothing Production in Nairobi, Kenya

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our clothing production team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments according to design specifications. Your main duties will include cutting and sewing fabrics, operating industrial sewing machines, and ensuring all garments meet quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience working with different fabrics and garment types, as well as strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read design specifications and patterns to determine fabric requirements
- Cut fabrics according to patterns and measurements
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew garments together
- Conduct quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet standards
- Make alterations or repairs as needed
- Maintain an organized and clean work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role in clothing production
- Knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques
- Ability to operate industrial sewing machines with speed and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Time management skills to meet production deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Salary: 1400$ per month
