We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures while adhering to strict conservation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine preservation needs
- Develop preservation plans and strategies in collaboration with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for preservation projects
- Oversee the restoration process, ensuring that all work is carried out according to conservation standards and guidelines
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in preservation projects
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely completion within allocated resources
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect the quality of work being carried out
- Advise clients on appropriate maintenance techniques for preserving historic structures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Preservation Architect
- Extensive knowledge of architectural history, conservation principles, and techniques
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and other professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
