We are seeking a talented and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Preservation Architect, you will play a crucial role in preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures in the city. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and local authorities to ensure that preservation projects adhere to strict standards and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation measures
- Develop detailed plans for preservation projects, including proposed changes or additions
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met while adhering to preservation guidelines
- Collaborate with contractors and oversee the construction process to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to plans
- Stay up-to-date on current preservation techniques and materials
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
- Manage project budgets and timelines effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of preservation techniques, materials, and guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage)

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. This is a full-time role based in Dickirch, Luxembourg.
