As an Equipment Operator in Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in construction and industrial projects. This includes but is not limited to excavators, bulldozers, loaders, cranes, and other heavy machinery. You will work closely with the project team to ensure that all equipment is operated safely and efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to project specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions
- Work closely with project managers and team members to coordinate equipment usage
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe work environment
- Keep detailed records of equipment usage, maintenance, and repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience operating heavy equipment in construction or industrial settings
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures related to heavy equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Must have a valid driver's license
and be willing to undergo drug/alcohol testing as required by company policy
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1700$ per month. Visa sponsorship may be provided for qualified candidates. This is an urgent job opening so we are looking for candidates who can start immediately.
