Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Vianden. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients. This includes diagnosing and resolving computer hardware, software, and network issues, as well as providing guidance and education to users on proper computer usage.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Educate users on proper computer usage and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Customer service oriented with a patient and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: 1700$ per month (based on part-time hours)

Location: Vianden (Egyptian nationals preferred)
