Team Lead - Project Management


A growing company in Moscow is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our team. As the Team Lead for Project Management, you will be responsible for leading a team of project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of project managers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Develop and implement project management processes and procedures
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and develop solutions to ensure timely delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Communicate with stakeholders on project status updates, risks, and resolutions
- Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide ongoing feedback to improve performance

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
