Architecture Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Project Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from initial design through construction completion. You will work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of each project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. This is a contract position suitable for male applicants of Indian nationality who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, but we offer a free visa and ticket for successful candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of architectural projects
- Develop project schedules and budgets and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and present design options
- Work with architects to develop detailed plans and blueprints
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure building codes and regulations are met
- Manage contracts with contractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure quality control
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders
- Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to lead a team effectively
- Proficient in project management software such as AutoCAD or ArchiCAD
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
