Architecture Manager


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and designers in the development of architectural plans and specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop project goals
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively
- Review and approve all project drawings and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Monitor progress throughout the construction process and address any issues that may arise
- Conduct site visits to ensure that work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other architectural software programs
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with others
