Job Title: Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of architects, overseeing all aspects of architectural design and planning, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the design and planning phases of architectural projects
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design plans
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural design
- Mentor junior architects and provide feedback to promote professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Must be willing to relocate to Ashdod if not already based there
