Architecture Manager


We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the architectural process, from initial design to project completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of the architectural process, including design, planning, construction, and project management
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their requirements
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure high-quality work output
- Review project proposals and make necessary adjustments to align with client expectations and budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage budgets and timelines for multiple projects simultaneously

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or in a similar managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
1500$ per month
