Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Nizwa. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. You will also be in charge of building relationships with potential clients, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new business and increase revenue
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure business for the hotel
- Conduct sales presentations and participate in trade shows and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for the hotel
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing and reservations, to ensure coordinated efforts towards achieving sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests throughout the sales process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competition, and industry events
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with CRM systems is preferred
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
