Construction Manager - Al Ahmadi, Kuwait

Our construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project progress
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Ensure adherence to safety standards on site
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular inspections of workmanship and quality control
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Provide guidance and leadership to project teams

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Experience managing budgets and schedules
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams

Salary: 1300$ per month
