Merchandiser Manager



As a Merchandiser Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the buying and selling of products in our retail stores in Jizan. You will work closely with vendors, sales teams, and store managers to ensure that our merchandise is displayed effectively and meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Manage inventory levels and work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to make informed buying decisions
- Collaborate with sales teams to create effective product displays and promotions
- Train and supervise store managers on merchandising techniques and standards
- Monitor store layouts for optimal product placement and visual appeal
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of merchandising techniques, visual design, and market trends
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team
