Merchandiser (Jizan, Philippines or Kenya)

As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales in retail stores. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are attractively displayed and readily available to customers. This role is suitable for individuals with experience in the retail industry and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans based on market trends, customer demand, and sales goals
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product placement and stock levels
- Conduct regular store visits to monitor displays, signage, and inventory
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling products to increase sales
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Participate in product launches and promotional events

Requirements:
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail management preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain visual standards of products
- Knowledge of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members

Salary: $1100 per month
