Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Clairvaux. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure successful project completion
- Develop creative and innovative design concepts for various architectural projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction
- Review and approve designs, materials, and construction plans
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans
- Supervise the construction process to ensure quality and timely completion
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other architectural software
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with part-time availability as well. Experience in the architecture field is required.
