The city of Izhevsk is seeking an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, documentation, and construction of various building projects in collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals. You will utilize your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure that all designs meet safety and structural requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and models using specialized software programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design, documentation, and construction of building projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to create innovative designs that meet client needs
- Utilize knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with safety and structural requirements
- Create detailed drawings and models using specialized software programs
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project process
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design plans
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in building codes

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Izhevsk (remote work may be possible depending on project)
