We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our team in Washington, USA. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms.

Salary:
1800$ per month (salary negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify and assess clients' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective resolution of client issues.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the quality of service provided.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
