Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machinery used in our production process. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Inspect finished products for quality control
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Familiarity with different types of machinery and their functions
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Los Angeles (willingness to relocate preferred)

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (proficiency in Spanish is a plus)
