Barber/Stylist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber/Stylist to join our team at our busy and high-end salon in Los Angeles. As a Barber/Stylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services to our diverse clientele. This position requires experience in men's haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, and styling. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment is crucial. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming needs
- Perform various men's grooming services such as haircuts, beard trims, hot towel shaves, styling, etc.
- Provide product recommendations to clients for at-home maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
- Keep track of inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Barber/Stylist
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong knowledge of men's grooming techniques and trends
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends if needed

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a high-end salon or barbershop
- Experience working with diverse clientele
- Knowledge of different hair types
