Insurance Sales Agent - Malayalees Preferred

We are hiring an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to potential customers. You must have strong communication and sales skills, as well as the ability to understand and explain complex insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by building relationships and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Explain insurance policies and their benefits to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
- Customize insurance plans according to the specific needs of each client.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, Malayalees preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to learn about different types of insurance products and stay updated on industry trends.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1700$. This does not include accommodation. Freshers are welcome to apply.
