We are currently hiring an experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in insurance sales and a strong understanding of the insurance industry. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to potential clients and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients by identifying their insurance needs and offering suitable policies
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, networking events, and other sales strategies
- Educate clients on different types of insurance policies and assist them in choosing the right coverage for their needs
- Prepare and present quotes to clients and follow up until the sale is closed
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on industry news, market trends, and competitors' offerings to effectively sell our products
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of insurance policies, their coverage, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred but not required

Contract Details:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month. The contract can be extended based on performance. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. A biometric passport is required for this position.
