Wedding Planner

We are seeking a talented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects of wedding events, ensuring that they run smoothly and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as venue, catering, flowers, decor, entertainment, etc.
- Create detailed event timelines and manage all logistical aspects of the wedding
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure all necessary contracts are signed and payments are made on time
- Provide guidance to clients on wedding etiquette and traditions
- Attend wedding rehearsals to ensure everything is set up correctly
- Oversee the set-up of the event space on the day of the wedding
- Manage any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Ensure that all elements of the wedding come together seamlessly to create a memorable experience for the couple and their guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and organizational abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stress situations
- Knowledge of local vendors in Al-Rayyan is preferred

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time
