Facade Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facade Technician to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of building facades. This role requires strong technical knowledge and proficiency in using specialized tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and assessments of building facades to identify any defects or areas in need of repair
- Perform repairs and maintenance on building facades, including cleaning, sealing, and replacing damaged materials
- Install new facade components according to blueprints and specifications
- Use specialized equipment such as scaffolding, lifts, and rigging systems to access high-rise buildings
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure proper installation and adherence to safety standards
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used for each project

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Facade Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of facade construction materials, methods, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights using scaffolding or lifts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington DC (visa sponsorship available)
