Material Handler for Logistics Company in Jeddah



A leading logistics company in Jeddah is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within our warehouse facility. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced logistics environment and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Receive and process incoming materials according to established procedures
- Sort and place materials on shelves or racks according to inventory procedures
- Use handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory levels
- Operate forklifts or other machinery to move materials within the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare shipments for distribution by picking, packing, labeling, and staging items
- Inspect materials for defects or damages before storing or shipping
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels and locations using computer systems
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely delivery of materials to production areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Material Handler in a logistics/warehouse setting
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and procedures
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient with computer systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours

We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with benefits such as medical insurance, transportation allowance, and annual leave. This is a contract position suitable for men of any nationality. English proficiency is not required for this role.
