As an Office Assistant in our growing company in Al-Rayyan, Qatar, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone looking for flexible hours.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in the preparation of documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Help with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
Salary: $1400 per month (based on 20 hours per week)
