Accountant
We are hiring an experienced Accountant to manage all financial transactions and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our company's financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor cash flow and maintain proper cash management procedures
- Conduct monthly closing process and ensure timely completion of financial reports
- Handle tax preparation and filing activities
- Communicate with clients/vendors to resolve any billing or payment issues
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and update the company's database accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in developing financial strategies to improve the company's profitability
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or related field
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Khasab, Oman (open to Nepali candidates)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week)
