Moderator for Online Community


As a Moderator for our online community, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe and engaging environment for our users. Your primary role will be to monitor user activity, respond to comments and inquiries, and enforce community guidelines. This position requires excellent communication skills in both English and Nepali, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor user activity on our online platform and social media channels
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from users in a timely and professional manner
- Enforce community guidelines by removing inappropriate content and addressing any violations
- Create engaging discussions and encourage user participation within the community
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure relevant and interesting topics are being shared
- Analyze community feedback and provide suggestions for improvement

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Nepali (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience moderating online communities is preferred
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their functionalities
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive situations professionally
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for creating a positive online community experience

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Remish (remote work available)
