IT Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to oversee the technology operations of our company in St. Petersburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support business objectives
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, and other technology infrastructure
- Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure data security and backup systems are in place and functioning effectively
- Identify areas for improvement in technology processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for updates or upgrades as necessary
- Manage IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively to find solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
