Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Provide accurate and timely answers to client inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with product information, pricing, and order processing
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to appropriate teams when necessary
- Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
- Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics for customer satisfaction and sales goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of online platforms and tools

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours. However, some evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk. However, we welcome applications from all nationalities as long as the candidate is able to work legally in Russia.
