Junior Accountant

We are a leading accounting firm in Vilnius, seeking a Junior Accountant to join our team. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
- Perform data entry and manage accounts payable and receivable
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting processes
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Other duties as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Quickbooks)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience is not required but would be considered an asset
