Surveyor - Washington, USA
We are seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and buildings to determine boundaries and property lines. You will use advanced equipment and techniques to gather data, create maps, and produce reports for clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use advanced equipment such as GPS systems and robotic total stations to gather accurate data
- Create maps and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide detailed information about survey results
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on projects requiring land surveying expertise
- Ensure compliance with state laws, regulations, and standards for surveying activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying techniques and principles
- Proficient in the use of GPS systems, robotic total stations, CAD software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting
Salary: $1000 per month plus benefits including accommodation and visa sponsorship.
