CAD Draftsman in Nairobi, Kenya

We are seeking a skilled CAD Draftsman to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a CAD Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your work will play a crucial role in the design and development of various projects, ranging from buildings to machinery.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of technical drawings and be proficient in using CAD software. You must also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work collaboratively with engineers and architects to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Create accurate and detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements
- Translate rough sketches, specifications, and calculations into technical drawings
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from project managers or clients
- Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain project files and documentation for future reference

Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Draftsman
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret complex designs
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
