Mason Supervisor

As a Mason Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of masons to ensure the successful completion of building projects in Al Ahmadi. Your main duties will include coordinating and assigning tasks to masons, ensuring quality control of work, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also be responsible for training new masons and evaluating their performance. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a mason and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of masons on various construction projects
- Assign tasks to masons according to project requirements
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Evaluate mason performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Order necessary materials and maintain inventory of tools and equipment
- Communicate with project managers to provide updates on progress and any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a mason required
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Al Ahmadi, Kuwait (Preference for Indian nationals)
