Office Assistant (Malayalee) - Plovdiv, Bulgaria
We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Plovdiv. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with daily office operations. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience or English language skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when needed
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Keep track of office inventory and make sure all items are well-maintained
- Take minutes during meetings when required
Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam (English language skills not required)
- Proficient in using basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of 1300$. We also offer additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.
