Project Manager - Izhevsk, India


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk, India. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for successfully managing and overseeing various projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, including resource allocation and budget management
- Lead project team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all project deliverables are met
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are achieved
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on any deviations from the plan
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Communicate with clients or external partners as needed to gather requirements or address any issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Biometric passport (preferred)

Salary:
$1200 per month
