Hotel Sales Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel bookings and revenue. You will be working closely with the hotel management team to meet sales targets and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Identify potential business opportunities and establish relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, etc.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budget proposals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, revenue management, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving goals.
- Provide training and support to the hotel's sales team.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on findings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
