As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our company's network and computer systems. You will ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by troubleshooting any issues that arise, implementing security measures, and performing regular backups. This role requires strong technical skills in areas such as networking, server administration, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining system integrity. Fluency in English is preferred but not required. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

As our Network and Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitoring network performance to identify any issues or vulnerabilities
- Troubleshooting network outages or disruptions
- Managing user accounts and permissions on our servers and networks
- Conducting regular backups of critical data to ensure data recovery in case of emergencies
- Implementing security measures to protect our systems from cyber threats
- Providing technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and networking issues
- Collaborating with other IT professionals to plan for future upgrades or expansions

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, routing protocols (e.g., OSPF), LAN/WAN technologies
- Experience with server administration (Windows or Linux)
- Familiarity with security protocols such as firewalls, encryption methods, authentication mechanisms
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player
- Biometric passport or the ability to obtain one
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (preferred)
