Network and Systems Administrator
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Salary: $1200 per month


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking and systems administration, with the ability to maintain and troubleshoot complex networks and server systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and security settings on servers
- Perform regular backups of critical data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place
- Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement appropriate measures to mitigate risks
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in networking and systems administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- Experience with server virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud computing services (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

Preferred:
- Industry certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or MCSE
- Knowledge of scripting languages (Python or Bash)
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, etc.
