Seasonal Concierge Assistant (English-speaking) - Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Seasonal Concierge Assistant in Vilnius, Lithuania. As a member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and other amenities
- Arrange transportation, reservations, and other services for guests as requested
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area at all times
- Assist with luggage handling and storage for guests
- Monitor guest requests through our concierge system and ensure timely follow-up actions are taken
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- A positive attitude with the willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required

This is a seasonal position that requires flexibility in scheduling including weekends, evenings, and holidays. We offer competitive salary of 1000$ per month plus tips. Visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate.
