Handyman for Contract Work in Utena


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for contract work in Utena. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks in residential and commercial properties. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in the field or for someone with previous experience looking for flexible work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as needed
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests from clients in a timely manner
- Keep track of materials and supplies needed for projects
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle physical workload and work at heights if required

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
